At Residence La Madonnina an outdoor parking area is available for guests, free of charge, subject to availability and not bookable in advance.

The property offers six cosy two-room apartments located on the ground and first floor. Each unit features a double bedroom, a comfortable living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartments have an outdoor balcony, and those on the first floor offer a charming view of the lake.
The Residence provides the guests with air conditioning, daily cleaning, use of kitchenette, power consumption, blankets and towels weekly change.

Guests of Residence La Madonnina can enjoy a pleasant outdoor swimming pool free of charge, perfect for moments of leisure and relaxation.

In regard to all our guests, up to two small dogs per room (maximum overall weight of 10 kg) are admitted on request and upon acceptance of the regulation, with the supplement of € 30 per day/dog.
Other animals and larger dogs are not allowed.
